An exceptional new-old-stock Sheaffer Fineline from the late 1940s to the early 1950s. This 'standard' lever filler model, introduced in 1948, was branded by Sheaffer as a lower-priced, practical pen for everyday users. This pen is unused and comes with the original box and tag. It is cosmetically perfect. A new ink sac has just been installed (rated D for sac replacement). The cap is in rare, perfect condition. Features a stainless steel FINE nib.
