PayPal Seller Protection: the fine print
Eligibility rules: ship tracked to the PayPal address on the order; see PayPal’s terms. Ship with tracking and insurance to cover items damaged or lost in the mail. When a buyer pays, the funds go to your PayPal account. While you’re new to Gathermark, payouts are held briefly after shipping until you’ve built a track record; established sellers are paid as soon as they mark an order shipped.
