For sale - a less common Conway Stewart 36 fountain pen in the green stripe or striated colourway with gold coloured trim.
This is a really nice example of a British made vintage pen. The pen is fairly slender and measures approx 12 cms long when capped.
Trim is in good vintage condition. Top cap band is loose. A nice straight clip, and gold coloured cap jewel. Colour is nice, and imprint is present but slightly feint. Lever has the little CS tag on the end which so often is broken off.
The pen has a superb 14k gold nib, I estimate fine width, in the rarer size 5N. A little softness to the nib, not really any flex.
Fitted with a new sac.
