Vintage Waterman fountain pen and medical companion set in box

For sale is a vintage, unusual, rare, Waterman's Medical Companion Set.
The set consists of:
1. A Waterman's fountain pen in pearl cream/GT finish, with a 14k yellow gold fine to medium width nib, smooth but no flex. It is a lever filler pen, and needs a new sac.
2. A Waterman mechanical pencil, in matching cream pearl/GT finish, which has lead in it. The lead is extended/retracted by twisting the yellow cone on the end of the pencil, and works very well.
3. A Waterman cream pearl/GT thermometer holder. I am not entirely sure how the thermometer goes into this pen shaped carrier. As you will see from the pictures, the cap does not appear to go all the way onto the barrel, leaving the interior metal tube exposed.
4. A steel tube containing the unbroken thermometer, although I havent tested the thermometer!
5. A white Waterman carry case

The items are all in reasonable vintage condition, with no cracks I can see, and some signs of use. The pen, pencil and holder all have the same personal engraving - see pictures. The box has considerable wear and tear.
