The Pelikan Level is a collection that was first introduced in 1996, and its main feature was the technical innovations of the Level fountain pen, that allow it to have a capacity that is nearly triple that of a conventional piston filling fountain pen, and five times that of a cartridge.

For sale here is a preowned capless rollerball from the same series, one of the few Pelikans to utilize the Capless Rollerball style, that combines the practical nature of the twist ballpen with the smooth writing experience of a rollerball pen.

The Level series was discontinued in 2001, and is regarded now as fairly rare and collectible due to its unique filling system.

The pen listed here is preowned, used, and shows signs of use on its surfaces. Specifically it shows scratches on its metal surface, scratches that are uniformely spread, in particular over its cap, and are consistent with daily use, as well as a minor dent on its plastic near the tip of the pen. It remains perfectly functional, and in an over all good condition. It comes in a Pelikan giftbox that will approximately match its era. Please note that as the aforementioned wear is declared, we will not consider it a valid reason for the return of this item. We will happily share more detailed photos prior to shipment if you request them.
