Aurora Dante Alighieri Vermeil Limited Edition Fountain Pen Preowned

Aurora, the oldest and most prestigious Italian manufacturer of writing instruments, celebrates the most renowed personages and important events with precious and exclusive objects designed for all lovers of writing.

Crowned with a laurel wreath, the divine Poet Dante Alighieri inspires the creation of the most divine of all pens.

Designed for collectors and for those who cultivate with passion the art of writing, this fountain pen has been produced in a limited series: only 1919 numbered pieces are distributed worldwide.

Expert goldsmith masters have designed and produced the gold cap decorated with the Poet's portrait. The clip is decorated with an antique engraving and the precious rings with silver giltchiselled laurel leaves.

The nib is solid 18 carat gold placed on an ebonite feeder, connected with a large piston-filling tank.

This is a magnificent, deep green fountain pen with vermeil trims and details.

The pen comes in a luxurious green wooden gift box.

Please note that this pen is preowned but in very good condition. It only shows minor marks of use on its parts (light surface scratches that are almost impossible to capture with a camera). It operates flawlessly, and comes in the dedicated box Aurora presented for the particular edition, along with a full, sealed bottle of the dedicated ink Aurora supplied for this edition, and all appropriate documents. The only missing part is the exterior paper cover of the box.
