Condition

This pen is in Okay condition! There is some scratches and a crack on the top of the pen. The pen fits perfectly on the hand and feels great to the hand, this is a great solution for those who want the vintage Elite nib, but consider the size too small. This is a full-size Elite 95.

There was no engraving on the nib but it does feel like a Japanese Fine size nib. A bit scratchy due to the size of the nib but still writes beautifully

Please treat the pen with the utmost care, if you do not know what you are doing, please refrain from opening hinges or things that might appear untightened, due to the age of this pen and hard contact or excessive force exerted on the pen damaging the pen.

PILOT ELITE LONG BODY PEN

The Pocket Style Elite Fountain Pen, which was a smaller, more compact version of the Elite Fountain Pen, was introduced in the early 1960s. PILOT ELITE NIBS

Pilot Elites were the first fountain pen made by Pilot that introduces the nail nibs which later was featured in the early Custom K Series Fountain Pens. the Nail Nib style offers breakthrough properties that can still benefit today's writers. One of the advantages of having a nail nib or an integrated nib is the enhanced strength and integrity of the nib. It can withstand the demands of hard-pressed writers and endure rigorous use.

The vintage model of the Pilot Elite provides a flex nib capability. Despite the market leaning towards fine or medium nib strokes, the modern Pilot Elite incorporates a flex nib. Specifically, it utilizes a Pilot Medium Nib, which results in a pleasant line stroke with added flex and line variation.
