This is the old style M400 from the 90’s with a W.Germany cap.

M400 Old Style Pelikans are distinguised from the modern M400s primarily by less trim and a single-tone nib. 

The body is see-through.

Used but excellent condition. 

The pen is fitted with a 14k B nib.
